Walker Precision Engineering was acquired by Karman Space & Defense. Kroll acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Walker on the transaction. The deal provides Karman with a European base and complements its existing space and defense offerings with Walker's missile and airborne technology components. BGF, a minority investor in Walker since 2018, also benefited from the exit.
